- 14 days return-policy
- We offer a full refund (minus the return shipping cost)
- Commissioned pieces cannot be returned or refunded
We will check the quality of the item and make sure it’s ready to go before shipping it. If you still received a damaged or defective product (at its arrival) we will, in accordance with Swedish consumer protection law (Konsumentskyddslagstiftning) solve the problem for no cost or return shipping fee. In case of a complaint or defective product, contact us and wait until its been accepted before returning a defective product.
