RETURN POLICY

  • 14 days return-policy
  • We offer a full refund (minus the return shipping cost)
  • Commissioned pieces cannot be returned or refunded
  • You need to send an email to [email protected] with your return request. Include following information:
    • Name
    • Address
    • Email
    • Order number
    • Specify what product you would like to return. Please state your reason why as well.

    You are responsible for the return shipping fee (with tracked shipping) and the condition of the product, so artworks and items must be sent back in their original packaging or securely packaged. You are fully responsible for the items, including damages and condition, until their arrival. We reserve our right to, in case of used or damaged products, deduct any sum from the refund total, corresponding to the used or damaged products value compared to its original value. 

  • • You will be refunded the total sum through the payment provider used when completing your purchase.

COMPLAINTS AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS


We will check the quality of the item and make sure it’s ready to go before shipping it. If you still received a damaged or defective product (at its arrival) we will, in accordance with Swedish consumer protection law (Konsumentskyddslagstiftning) solve the problem for no cost or return shipping fee. In case of a complaint or defective product, contact us and wait until its been accepted before returning a defective product.
Do this immediately after finding the defect.

 
  • Send the request to [email protected] and include the following information:
    • Name
    • Address
    • Email
    • Order number
    • Description and pictures of defect/defective product/complaint.

    If we sadly cannot resolve the problem or exchange it with a new/similar product, you will be compensated for the defective product in accordance with Swedish consumer protection law (Konsumentskyddslagstiftning). If accepted, the return shipping fee is free of charge. We reserve our right to deny your request in case of incorrect information, product is not defective, or other reasons, following Swedish consumer protection law (Konsumentskyddslagstiftning).
