All copyright and reproduction rights are reserved for the original artist, Tilda Löf, and will remain after purchase/change of ownership.
This means you may not, for example: copy, reproduce, sell or use the original artwork, designs, images, logo, or other not-mentioned property rights of Tilda Löf without permission.
In case of violation or infringement, you risk payment of damage to the artist and/or being fined, and if necessary we reserve our right to contact operators or third party websites where the property of Tilda Löf is used without permission and instruct them to remove such property.

3. Purchase
To be able to place an order and purchase products you must be a person of legal age, 18 or older, depending on your place of residency.
After your completed purchase you will be sent an order confirmation through email. The order confirmation contains information about products, price, invoice and shipping address.

3.1 Purchase of artwork
All artworks are delivered with a certificate. As soon as the purchase price is paid and art has been delivered, you will become the legal owner of the artwork and, upon such payment, you will be solely responsible for the artwork and the risk of damage to/or loss of the artwork.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Free shipping all throughout Sweden.
International shipping is currently unavailable.
You will be informed as soon as possible the correct shipping information and delivery time through your email, from which you receive the order confirmation. Orders completed on weekends will be shipped the following monday or next working day. If any shipping or delivery delays were to occur (without us informing you about it), please contact us through our contact form, or email [email protected] .
We have two standard shipping options, currently only available in Sweden:
4.1 STANDARD (with tracking)
Normal delivery time is approximately 2-5 working days, includes tracked shipping, applicable for non-artwork-products and items or less fragile products and items.
4.2 ART-STANDARD (with tracking)
Normal delivery time is approximately 5-7 working days but may vary, includes tracked shipping, applicable for artwork-products and items or more fragile products and items. The delivery time for artwork may vary depending on the delivery address, size, shipping provider and so on. We reserve our right for longer or shorter delivery time than previously estimated.
5. Prices
All prices are listed in SEK (kr), 0% MOMS/VAT (This business is exempt from VAT, so you will not be charged more than the listed price)
We reserve our right for price changes.
6. Return Policy
14 day return-policy
You need to send an email to [email protected] with your return request. Include following information: Name, Address, Email, Order number, and specify what product you would like to return. Please state your reason why as well.
We offer a full refund, minus the return shipping cost.
You are responsible for return shipping fee, tracked delivery, and the condition of the product, so artworks and products must be sent back in their original packaging or securely packaged. You are fully responsible for the artwork and product, including damages and condition, until their arrival. We reserve our right to, in case of used or damaged product, deduct any sum from the refund total, corresponding to the used or damaged product’s value compared to its original product value.
Commissioned pieces cannot be returned or refunded.
6.1 Refund
You will be refunded the total sum through the payment provider used when completing your purchase.
Any problems or questions regarding your refund, contact us through our contact form, email [email protected] or contact Stripe / Paypal directly.
7. Complaints and defective products
We will check the quality of the product and artwork and make sure it’s ready to go before shipping it. If you still received a damaged or defective product (at its arrival) we will, in accordance with Swedish consumer protection law (Konsumentskyddslagstiftning) solve the problem for no cost or return shipping fee. In case of a complaint or defective product, contact us and wait until it’s been accepted before returning a defective product. Do this immediately after finding the defect.
7.1 How to file a defective product request / complaint
Send the request to [email protected] and include the following information: Name, Address, Email, Order number, Description and pictures of defect/defective product/complaint
If we sadly cannot resolve the problem or exchange it with a new/similar product, you will be compensated for the defective product in accordance with Swedish consumer protection law (Konsumentskyddslagstiftning). If accepted, the return shipping fee is free of charge.

8. Limitation of liability
We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product. We accept no responsibility for delays/errors/mistakes as a result of circumstances outside the company’s control and/or could not have been anticipated (Force Majeure). For example, work conflict, fire, war, government and authority decisions.
In addition, we take no responsibility for any potential changes in the products or its aspects due to the suppliers, and other factors and circumstances not previously mentioned, outside of our control.
9. Product information
We reserve the right for potential errors on this website and products being sold out. We cannot guarantee that the product images exactly reflect reality, since there may be slight color differences depending on screens, photo quality, and resolution. The images of artwork are intentionally uploaded with lower resolution to prevent copying, theft, being used without permission and so on. We always try our best to make sure the images reflect reality, while also protecting the artist online.

10.4.1 Payment provider
In order to complete your purchase, data is shared with the payment provider. Data being stored is: name, surname, address, email, and phone number. Payment via invoice stores your social security number as well. The data is stored for the purpose of completing your purchase and protecting both parties from fraud and other means of harm.
The payment providers we currently use are: Stripe, Paypal.

To be able to deliver your products and fulfill our agreement to you, we must share specific information with the shipping provider. Data being shared is: your name, surname, and delivery address. In addition, your email and/or phone number may be shared, for the purpose of delivery information and delivery notifications.
The shipping providers we use (but are not limited to) is: Postnord, Sendify.
We may use a different shipping provider than the ones previously stated, and we will always inform you in that case.

10.5.1 Right to access
You have the right to access all of your personal data and information being stored by us, which will be sent to you through email or other electronic readable format.

You have the right to request rectification to update incorrect information or complement insufficient information.
